You will receive a courtesy reminder call 48 hours prior to your appointment. We never overbook our patients, so you will never feel rushed during your appointment.

 Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment or if you anticipate a late arrival. Recurrent no-shows or late cancellations may result in the formal termination of the professional relationship. There is a $30 cancelation fee assessed for no-shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.

On your first visit, we will start your permanent record by asking you to complete a brief medical history and a registration form. Please try to arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment. You can also download New Patient Forms and complete them in advance.

Exit 35th Street and drive east.
After you pass the light at Jefferson Street you will come to a fork in the road.

Make a right turn on Mills Avenue, next to Bryker Woods Veterinarian Clinic.
Follow Mills Avenue until you see a terra cotta brown building with Zimmet Vein & Dermatology on the outside of it.
There is reserved parking in front of the building, handicap parking is on the south side of the building.
