HOW DO I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
Please call us at (512) 485-7700 and we will make every effort to schedule your appointment at a time that is convenient for you. You will receive a courtesy reminder call 48 hours prior to your appointment. We never overbook our patients, so you will never feel rushed during your appointment.
WHAT ARE YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY AND FEES?
Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment or if you anticipate a late arrival. Chronic no-shows or late cancellations may result in the formal termination of the professional relationship. There is a $30 cancellation fee assessed for no-shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IN PREPARATION FOR MY FIRST VISIT?
On your first visit, we will start your permanent record by asking you to complete a brief medical history and a registration form. Please try to arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment. You can also download New Patient Forms and complete them in advance.
WHERE SHOULD I STAY IF I’M AN OUT-OF-TOWN PATIENT?
