He personally performs diagnostic ultrasound evaluations when indicated, and uses sclerotherapy, foam sclerotherapy, ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy, endovenous laser ablation (EVLT), ambulatory phlebectomy, and compression treatment. All treatments are done in-office without the need for general anesthesia.
